MandyMooreBlog.com is proud to support our favorite songstress in the fight against cervical cancer. According to her official blog, Mandy Moore is teaming up with GlaxoSmithKline and the Gynecologic Cancer Foundation in the National Cervical Cancer Public Education Campaign.
As many of you know, this form of cancer is particularly insidious. In addition to robbing one's ability to have children, it is the second leading cause of cancer death for American women in their 20s and 30s. Recognizing this, Mandy notes, "Like some of you, I've been thinking a lot more about my future and the possibility of being a mother someday."
While Mandy certainly isn't trading her mic for a stroller anytime soon, we can't help but get excited at the prospect! Be sure to check out the rest of her announcement here...
