Mandy Moore's "Wild Hope," her fifth studio album and first to be fully co-written, has been taken out of print.
Released in 2007 onto The Firm, a division of EMI, the album is best known for hit tracks like "Extraordinary," "Slummin' in Paradise," and "Gardenia." Collaborators included Rachael Yamagata, Chantal Kreviazuk, Michelle Branch, Lori McKenna, and The Weepies.
Selling over 109,000 copies, "Wild Hope" reached #30 on the Billboard 200, and #9 on Billboard's Digital Album chart. Receiving overwhelming favorable reviews, Billboard Magazine famously noted, ""Wild Hope" is the gratifying sound of a singer finally finding her comfort zone. [It is] an album...filled with thoughtful musings on life and love."
Still available as an Japanese import from CD Universe, the American album can be found easily on Ebay by clicking here.
Here's a "Wild Hope" to the re-release of this terrific album in the future...
