Arriving overseas ahead of a planned appearance at Cinema Against AIDS Dubai 2009, songstress Mandy Moore took in the festivities at the city's 6th Annual Film Festival, Wednesday.
In a star-studded event attended by such luminaries as Queen Noor of Jordan, Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein, and Sheikh Mahed of Dubai, Mandy joined fellow Americans Matt Dillon, Christopher Lambert, and Christina Ricci in celebrating some of the year's most heralded films.
Channeling her soon-to-be role as Disney princess, Mandy rocked the red carpet in a stunning black ball gown paired with a silver clutch and diamond ear rings. Pinning back her beautiful brown hair, Mandy finished off the look with a pinkish-red lipstick that stood out against her fair complexion.
With the film festival now behind her, Mandy looks forward to her role as a guest performer at today's Cinema Against AIDS, Dubai 2009. Benefitting, amfAR, The Foundation for AIDS Research, the event benefits the organization's life-saving mission which includes AIDS research, HIV prevention, treatment education, and advocacy of sound public policy.
